Orders are processed Monday through Friday and all items are subject to availability. Most orders ship the next day, but please allow 2 - 3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. US Orders are shipped via USPS Priority (see below for rates and additional info). International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when calculating your package's arrival date.

Please double check that the shipping address you provide during the checkout process is accurate and complete before placing your order. Your shipping address cannot be altered in any way once your order has been processed and sent to our warehouse. We will will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, unless that order is classified as "undeliverable" and returned to us (see Undeliverable Packages below). Remnant will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate.

All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an e-mail confirmation at the address provided during the sign-up process.

Occasionally orders are returned to us as "undeliverable" due to incorrect addresses or PO Boxes, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient. If for any reason your order is returned to us we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund for the undelivered items and any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as "undeliverable". If you would still like to purchase items that we were not able to deliver, please place a new order on our website with the correct address.

Remnant offers upgraded USPS Priority shipping with every order. USPS Priority rates start at $4.90 and vary depending on location and weight of package. Orders are scheduled to arrive within 2 - 3 days of ship date, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. USPS provides delivery confirmation at no extra cost, but does not supply tracking info.

All international orders are shipped VIA USPS Priority Mail International. Rates start around $15.00 USD. The average time for delivery is 6 - 14 days, but can take longer depending on customs. Please note that international shipments are not insured, therefor any international order is done so at the customers own risk.

Customs taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price. Taxes for Canada are typically 6-14% (depending on the Province destination) plus a $5 service fee. When taxes are charged, Customs sticks a taxes-owing form on the box and the box is held by the Post Office as a COD. Recipient pays the tax/handling when the package is retrieved.
